1. Introduction

ShareWisdom is an independently operated digital platform based in India, offered to users worldwide, where contributors can maintain public profile pages and share links to their creative or professional work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Account registration and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@sharewisdom.link if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk. Administrative accounts may be subject to additional restrictions (for example, self-service permanent deletion may be blocked for admin accounts).

4. Public contributor profiles

ShareWisdom centers on public contributor profiles. Information you add to your profile may be visible to the public, including search engines, when your account is active and published according to Platform rules.

There is no general private-profile mode for published contributor pages. You control optional display of your country name via profile settings. Choose carefully what you publish.

5. Contributor responsibilities

You are solely responsible for content you submit, including profile text, links, and images. You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that your content complies with these Terms.

You must not misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or upload unlawful or harmful material.

6. Contributor content ownership

You retain ownership of original content you submit to the Platform, including text, images you upload, and links you provide, subject to the license you grant us below.

ShareWisdom does not claim ownership of your original contributor content by virtue of these Terms alone.

7. Limited license to ShareWisdom

You grant ShareWisdom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, organize, feature, and promote your submitted contributor content solely in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Platform (including public profile pages, listings, highlights, and similar surfaces).

This license is limited to Platform purposes and does not transfer copyright ownership to ShareWisdom. You may remove much of your contributor content by editing your profile or deleting your account, subject to caching, backups, moderation records, and legal retention described in our Privacy Policy.

8. ShareWisdom Intellectual Property

ShareWisdom and its respective rights holders retain all applicable intellectual property rights in the Platform and its original creative materials, to the extent protected by applicable law.

These materials include:

• The ShareWisdom name, logos, branding, and visual identity.
• Original mascots, characters, illustrations, and distinctive character designs developed for ShareWisdom.
• Original website graphics, layouts, visual compositions, and creative assets.
• Editorial stories, articles, promotional materials, and other original content created for the Platform.
• Software, source code, and original design elements developed for ShareWisdom.

Certain visual materials may be created or developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Where applicable, ShareWisdom claims rights only to the extent supported by applicable intellectual property law, including protectable human creative contributions, modifications, arrangements, and other original elements.

The use of AI-assisted tools does not imply that every generated element is independently eligible for copyright protection.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with appropriate authorization, visitors must not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or falsely claim ownership of protected ShareWisdom materials.

Third-party trademarks, licensed materials, and contributor-owned content remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of contributor-submitted content to ShareWisdom.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with Platform security, scrape or overload systems without permission, or use the Platform for spam or deceptive practices.

10. Prohibited content and activities

You must not post or link to content that:

• Is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or exploitative.
• Contains malware, phishing, or fraudulent schemes.
• Violates others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Sexualizes minors or promotes violence or self-harm.
• Attempts to circumvent moderation, rate limits, or access controls.

11. Reporting and moderation

Users may report concerns through Platform reporting tools. We may investigate, remove or restrict content, suspend accounts, or take other action at our discretion to protect the community.

Moderation decisions are not guaranteed outcomes of every report. We may retain records of reports and administrative actions.

12. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational, legal, or safety reasons.

You may permanently delete your account through Settings when eligible. Deletion is intended to remove your primary account and profile data from our systems, subject to limitations described in the Privacy Policy (including moderation snapshots, logs, backups, and queued media deletion).

13. Featured contributors and editorial content

ShareWisdom may highlight contributors or publish editorial features, stories, and curated sections. Selection for features does not imply endorsement of every link or statement on a contributor profile.

Editorial and promotional content produced by ShareWisdom remains ShareWisdom intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

ShareWisdom may display illustrative contributor profiles, demonstration content, or example presentations to explain Platform features and showcase how contributor profiles work.

Such examples may be fictional or created by ShareWisdom and do not necessarily represent registered users, actual individuals, or verified achievements.

Where appropriate, illustrative profiles will be identified as examples to distinguish them from genuine contributor accounts.

14. External links

Contributor profiles contain links to third-party sites. ShareWisdom does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of external sites is at your own risk.

15. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, email ShareWisdom Team at admin@sharewisdom.link with the subject line “Copyright notice”. Please identify the copyrighted work, give the exact page or URL of the material you believe is infringing, state your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, confirm that the information in your notice is accurate, and provide your name and contact details.

We will review notices and may remove or disable access to the material concerned. We may also inform the contributor who posted it. Copyright notices are currently received at the address above.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://sharewisdom.link/privacy explains how we collect and use information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

17. Platform availability

We strive to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause downtime.

18. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ShareWisdom does not warrant that contributor content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShareWisdom and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShareWisdom’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Platform in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), if you have not paid any amounts.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.

Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, disputes may be brought in courts with competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required for a particular user or claim.

You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting admin@sharewisdom.link before initiating formal proceedings, where reasonable.

21. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform where appropriate.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law. To register, you must agree to these Terms, and we record the date and time of that consent. We do not currently record which version of the Terms you accepted.
